Stearns Associates was retained to assist Van Note-Harvey, SFCS Architects and Aegis Property Group with a 188 unit senior housing project for Morris Hall in Lawrenceville, NJ.
The firm also obtained the site plan approval in June 2006 for 100 units of luxury townhouses and multi-family at the Hulfish North Development in downtown Princeton for Palmer Square Properties, working with Minno and Wasko and HACBM.
In 2006 Stearns Associates completed a redevelopment study for the Lakewood Development Corporation for a 26 acre retail site in Lakewood, NJ.
Stearns Associates assisted K. Hovnanian Homes with the site plan approvals for 84 units of Townhouses in the Champale Redevelopment District in the City of Trenton. The firm worked in collaboration with Angelo Alberto Associates and PMK Group.
