Salt Creek Grille

Salt Creek Grille opened its doors in December 2006 at Princeton Forrestal Village. We helped Gale and Van Note Harvey with the site plan approvals from Plainsboro Township and landscape design.

The Salt Creek Grille is an award winning restaurant that is built in a traditional “Craftsman” style architecture that exudes the warmth of an Adirondack lodge.

The restaurant is an upscale yet casual specialty dinner house featuring mesquite grilled fresh fish, aged steaks, and a classic pork chop with an extensive wine list to compliment the classic American fare. We had our office Christmas dinner there and had a wonderful time.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Plainsboro Township

Stearns Associates LLC has also been selected to assist with landscape design for the proposed Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Princeton Forrestal Village.

100 Lenox Drive, Lawrence Township

Stearns Associates LLC was selected to provide landscape architecture services to help Brandywine Realty Trust and Van Note Harvey with converting 100 Lenox Drive into a multi-tenant office building. The former 93,000 square foot Lenox corporate headquarters will have site and building renovations to improve the asset. Parking will be expanded to provide 4 spaces/1,000 sf; and the landscape will be renovated to improve the visibility and arrival presence; and the facades will be renovated to upgrade the 20 year old office building.
